Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ziva Fashion. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear or swimwear).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card company. If there’s still an issue, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping

To return your product, you will need to send it to: RM 517, NEW CITY CENTRE, 2 LEI YUE MUN ROAD, KWUN TONG HONG KONG. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
